Though this tidbit of information feels undoubtedly incorrect, rumors are surfacing that Microsoft is already working on its next Xbox unit, having scrapped a big, unannounced project for the Xbox 360 while simultaneously repositioning it for the company's next console. Seems crazy considering that all three companies have expressed desires to expand the life-span for this console generation, but you never know.
