ASUS has officially launched the ROG XREAL R1, a new pair of gaming-focused AR glasses designed for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and ROG Ally players. The lightweight wearable features a 171-inch virtual Micro-OLED display, an industry-first 240Hz refresh rate, and a 0.01ms response time for ultra-smooth gameplay.
The ROG XREAL R1 also includes native 3DoF tracking, Sound by Bose speakers, electrochromic dimming, and support for USB-C, DisplayPort, and HDMI devices through the included ROG Control Dock. ASUS says the glasses are built to deliver a portable big-screen gaming experience whether you’re at home or on the go.
The ROG XREAL R1 is available globally for $849.99.
